Callisburg results from regional track meet
 
The Callisburg track team competed in sloshy, rainy conditions at the regional track meet in Tarleton May 15-16.

RESULTS
Morgan Reed finished 7th in the 3200M run with a time of 13:14 and 4th in the 1600M run with a time of 5:44.
Bobby Dorman qualified for the finals in the 400M and then finished 5th in the final with a time of 52.02.
Emily Westbrook and Taylor Curtright both high jumped 4'6" to tie for 15th.
In the pole vault, Erica Goode vaulted 8'6" to finish 11th and Taylor Colemen vaulted 7'00" to finish 14th.
Taylor Curtright long jumped 14'9.25" to finish 20th.
Bobby Dorman triple jumped 41'0" to finish 12th.

Callisburg advances 7 track athletes to regionals
 
AUBREY - The Callisburg track team competed in the district 10-2A meet last week and were able to advance six girls and one boy to the regional meet.

GIRLS

  • 3200M - Morgan Reed - 13:39 (2nd)
  • High Jump - Emily Westbrook - 4' 10" (2nd)
  • Pole Vault - Erika Goode 7' 8" (1st)
  • Pole Vault - Taylor Coleman - 7' 0" (3rd)
  • 100M Hurdles - Karamee Germany - 16.71 (2nd)
  • 300M Hurdles - Tralie DeAnda - 49.96 (2nd)
  • 1600M - Morgan Reed - 5:44.26 (2nd)

BOYS

  • Triple Jump - Bobby Dorman - 42' 4" (1st)
  • 400M - Bobby Dorman - 51.52 (3rd)

Congratulations to these hardworking athletes and their coaches who will compete in the regional meet at Tarleton State University in Stephenville on  May 15-16.
